Customize Splash Text Cycling for Different Playstyles

Fast Cycling for Variety

If you want to see many different splash texts quickly, open your config file and set the interval to a low number like 2 or 3 seconds. This creates a rapid rotation that shows off the variety of splash text in the game.

Slow Cycling for Readability

If you prefer to actually read and appreciate each splash text, increase the interval to 8, 10, or higher. This gives you more time to notice and enjoy each message before it changes.

Finding Your Sweet Spot

There's no "correct" setting—it depends on your preference. Start with the default five seconds and adjust from there:

• Too fast? Increase the number
• Too slow? Decrease the number

After each change, save the config, restart Minecraft, and spend a minute at the title screen to see how it feels. Make small adjustments (add or subtract 1-2 seconds) until you find a rhythm that feels right for you.
