Set Breed Cooldown to Zero for Instant Breeding

Enable Continuous Breeding

To breed the same pair of mobs repeatedly without waiting, set the cooldown to zero seconds.

Steps

1. Open the chat window (T key by default)

2. Enter the command:

/scoreboard players set &mob_cooldown config.custombreedcooldown 0

3. Press Enter to apply

Once set to zero, any two mobs of the same type can breed immediately after producing offspring, with no waiting period. This is useful for rapidly scaling up farm populations or testing breeding mechanics.

Verify the Setting

To confirm your cooldown is active, breed two mobs and attempt to breed them again immediately. If they breed without delay, the setting is working correctly.

Reset to Default

If you want to return to vanilla breeding behavior, set the value to the default cooldown time (typically 300 seconds or 5 minutes in vanilla Minecraft).
