Route Multiple Pipes Through One Block
Overlapping Pipe Networks
Curvy Pipes lets you compress multiple logistics lines into a single block space, perfect for tight builds or aesthetic cable management.
How to Layer Pipes
1. Place your first pipe (item, fluid, or redstone) and shape it as needed using the radial edit menu
2. Place a second pipe in the same block coordinate—it will automatically occupy the shared space without collision
3. Repeat for additional pipes; the mod handles spatial separation internally
4. Use the snap grid helper (middle-click air) to align curve points precisely if needed
Tips for Organization
- Assign different pipe types to different sides of the block to keep networks visually distinct
- Use glass transparency (right-click item pipe with glass) to preview flow through overlapped sections
- Test throughput with the built-in simulation to ensure the narrowest section doesn't bottleneck your network
- Consider color-coding or labeling endpoints so you remember which line serves which machine
