Understanding Mob Difficulty

Cursed Horizon Menace organizes threats into four combat tiers to help you prepare. Lesser mobs pose minimal danger alone, making them good starter encounters. Challenging enemies require quick reactions and basic gear to survive. Elite mini-bosses deal heavy damage and demand better equipment and strategy. Boss encounters are massive battles testing your full preparation and combat skill.

Start by gathering basic gear before venturing into areas with Challenging or Elite threats. Craft new weapons like the Katana or Halberd using Cursed Metal materials to improve your odds. Special food items grant status buffs that help during tough fights. Remember: bosses prevent block placement nearby, so you cannot build defensive structures—prepare your gear and strategy beforehand.
