Organize a Hostage Rescue Minigame

Assign Roles

Designate one player as the hostage and position them in a defended room deep inside the office building—typically a back office or secure area. Assign one team as defenders (protecting the hostage) and one as attackers (attempting rescue). Give defenders combat gear and position them throughout the building to intercept attackers.

Set Rescue Conditions

Decide on a rescue objective: attackers must reach the hostage room and either eliminate all defenders or escort the hostage to a safe extraction point (like the main entrance or parking lot). Set a time limit—if defenders hold out long enough, they win. Establish whether the hostage can fight or must remain neutral.

Execute the Scenario

Start attackers outside the building and give defenders time to prepare. Signal the start and let attackers push through hallways and offices toward the hostage. Use the map's choke points and multiple routes to create tactical depth. Switch roles after each round so both teams experience offense and defense.
