Troubleshoot Missing or Incorrect Crystal Mob Models
Verify Installation Steps
If crystal mobs appear as default Minecraft creatures or don't spawn at all, confirm that both folders were installed correctly: the ModelEngine folder and MythicMobs folder should both be in your plugins/ directory. Double-check folder names for typos.
Reload ModelEngine
Execute /meg reload in the console or in-game. This command is essential—without it, the custom models won't be recognized.
Check Plugin Dependencies
Both ModelEngine and MythicMobs must be installed and enabled. Verify both plugins appear in /plugins output. If either is missing, the crystal mobs won't function.
Resource Pack Issues
If mobs spawn but display incorrectly or with wrong textures, players may not have the resource pack loaded. Ensure the resource pack is distributed and enabled on all client machines.
Console Error Logs
Check your server console for error messages related to ModelEngine or MythicMobs during startup and reload. These logs often indicate missing files or configuration syntax errors that prevent proper mob loading.
