Installation and Setup

This resource pack supplies all visual and audio assets for the CRYPTID horror project. Install it alongside the main CRYPTID mod to enable custom monster models, textures, and sounds in your world.

The pack includes built-in core shaders that activate when your graphics settings are set to Fabulous quality—no external shader mods required. You'll encounter custom 3D entity models, eerie ambient sounds, warning heartbeats, and darkened screen filters that intensify the horror atmosphere.

Custom textures for mysterious items like paper scraps and notes appear throughout your world. All audio cues, music tracks, and cave ambience work together to build dread as you explore dark terrain and encounter the terrifying beasts the pack visualizes.
