Adjust Crosshair Size for Better Visibility

Editing Crosshair Dimensions

The size of your crosshair affects both visibility and precision. Crosshair V3's texture-based design allows you to scale it by editing the image file.

How to Resize

1. Open the crosshair texture file from .minecraft/resourcepacks/Crosshair V3/assets/minecraft/textures/gui

2. In your image editor, use the scale or resize function

3. For a larger crosshair, increase dimensions proportionally (e.g., from 16×16 to 24×24 pixels)

4. For a smaller, more precise crosshair, decrease the size

5. Keep the image centered to maintain alignment in-game

6. Save as PNG

7. Reload resource packs

Finding Your Ideal Size

Start with small adjustments—a few pixels make a noticeable difference. Larger crosshairs help with visibility at distance but may obscure targets up close. Smaller crosshairs offer precision but require better eyesight. Test in PvP scenarios to find what works best for your playstyle and monitor setup.
