Combine Crosshair TXF with Other Resource Packs

Understanding Pack Compatibility

Crosshair TXF is a lightweight resource pack that primarily modifies only the crosshair texture. This makes it highly compatible with other resource packs that focus on different elements like blocks, mobs, or UI components.

Stacking Packs Correctly

In your resource pack menu, pack order matters. Place Crosshair TXF above other packs that might also modify GUI elements. This ensures your custom crosshair displays properly without being overwritten.

If you're using a large texture overhaul pack alongside Crosshair TXF, activate Crosshair TXF first (higher in the list), then add your other packs below it.

Testing for Conflicts

Load into a world and check that your crosshair appears as intended. If it's missing or looks wrong, try moving Crosshair TXF higher in the pack priority list. If conflicts persist with a specific pack, that pack may also modify crosshair textures—in that case, choose one or the other.

Most modern resource packs are designed to coexist, so you should rarely encounter issues.
