Make Your Crosshair Visible in Third Person Mode
Seeing Your Crosshair Over Your Shoulder
By default, Minecraft hides your crosshair when you switch to third person view. If you prefer to keep your aiming reference visible even when watching your character from behind, this mod can help.
Enable Third Person Crosshair
1. Access your mod configuration settings
2. Navigate to Crosshair Tweaks options
3. Find the setting for "Show crosshair in third person" or similar wording
4. Toggle this option to enabled
5. Apply and close the configuration menu
Practical Uses
With this enabled:
- You'll see the crosshair centered on your screen even in third person view
- Aiming projectiles (arrows, tridents, snowballs) becomes easier to judge
- Building and placing blocks feels more intuitive
- Combat remains viable when using third person perspective
This is especially useful if you prefer the third person camera for exploration or roleplay but still want the precision aiming aid that the crosshair provides.
