Locate Wild Crop Spawns

The mod adds seven new wild crops that spawn naturally in different biomes. Explore varied terrain—forests, plains, mountains, and wetlands—to find seeds and mature plants. Each biome typically features different crop types, so travel widely to collect a full variety.

Harvest Efficiently with the Scythe

Craft or find a scythe tool to quickly harvest mature crops. The scythe is far faster than hand-harvesting and works best on large fields. Use it on fully grown plants to gather seeds and produce simultaneously.

Replant and Farm

Once you have seeds, plant them in farmland near water (like vanilla crops). Mature crops are ready to harvest when they reach full growth. Use your scythe to clear entire rows at once.

Stock Your Cookbook

As you gather different crops, your cookbook unlocks recipes that use them. Return to your kitchen with fresh harvests and check the cookbook for new meal options. Variety in crops means variety in available dishes.
