Customize Your Creeper Crosshair Color

Locate the Crosshair Texture File

The Creeper crosshair is stored as a PNG image file within the resource pack. Navigate to the pack's assets folder, then follow the path: assets/minecraft/textures/gui/. Inside this folder, you'll find the crosshair texture file.

Edit the Crosshair Image

Open the crosshair texture file using any image editor (such as Paint, GIMP, or Photoshop). The file is a small PNG image, so you can easily modify its colors. You can:

  • Change the green tones to blue, red, purple, or any color you prefer
  • Adjust brightness and contrast to make it darker or lighter
  • Add custom details or patterns to the Creeper face
  • Keep the same Creeper expression or redesign the eyes and mouth

Save and Test

Save your edited image back to the same location, making sure to keep the PNG format. Reload your resource pack in Minecraft's resource pack menu, or restart the game. Your new custom crosshair color will now appear when you aim or look around. If the changes don't appear immediately, try clearing your resource pack cache.
