Organize Your Creative Tabs by Mod

Group Related Mods Together

When playing with multiple mods, your creative inventory can become overwhelming. The Creative Tab Organizer lets you manually arrange tabs so all items from one mod sit together.

Steps:

1. Open your creative mode inventory

2. Click the organizer button to enter sorting mode

3. Locate a tab from your first mod you want to group

4. Click and drag it to your desired position

5. Repeat for other tabs from the same mod, placing them consecutively

6. Once arranged, close the organizer to see your new layout in creative mode

Use Multiple Selection for Faster Organization

If you have many tabs to move together:

1. Hold the selection modifier (shown in the help menu) and click multiple tabs from the same mod

2. All selected tabs will highlight

3. Drag the group to your target location

4. They'll move as one unit, keeping your organization intact

This approach is much faster than moving tabs individually, especially in large modpacks with dozens of categories.
