Finding Your First Hangar

Where to Search

Hangars spawn naturally across multiple biome types. Start by exploring Plains, Savannah, or any Forest biome (Birch, Taiga, Dark Oak) near your spawn point—these are the most common locations. If you're near water, check Acacia biomes and coastlines. Cherry groves and regular Jungles also contain hangars, though the Bamboo Forest variant is rarer and requires more searching.

Search Strategy

Use high ground to your advantage. Climb hills or mountains and scan the horizon for large wooden or stone structures that don't match natural terrain. Hangars are substantial buildings, so they're visible from distance if you know what to look for. The biome-specific architecture means a Birch hangar will use light wood and stone, while a Jungle hangar will incorporate more organic materials.

If you're having trouble, travel to multiple biome types rather than searching one area exhaustively. The structures are designed to be findable but not guaranteed in every location. Once you spot one, approach carefully—the chests inside are your prize.
