Understand Why Your Schematicannon Needs More Materials Now

What Changed

With Create Dupe Patch Mod installed on your server, the Schematicannon now correctly reads the *true* material cost of blocks, including those with hidden data tags (like enchanted items, custom NBT data, or special properties). Previously, the machine would sometimes ignore these costs and print items for free.

How to Check Your Schematic's Real Cost

Before loading a schematic into your Schematicannon:

1. Open your schematic file in the Schematicannon's interface

2. Review the materials list shown in the preview

3. Gather all listed items—the mod now enforces that you have them

4. If your schematic uses blocks with data (like named items or enchanted gear), expect higher costs than before

What This Means for Your Builds

You can no longer use the Schematicannon to duplicate special items. If your schematic contains enchanted tools, potions, or custom-tagged blocks, you must provide the actual materials. This keeps the economy fair and prevents infinite item generation.
