Troubleshoot Non-Producing Deepslate Generators

Check Power Delivery

Verify that rotational force is actually reaching your generator. Use a speedometer on the shaft feeding the generator—if it reads zero RPM, your power source isn't connected properly. Trace your shafts and belts back to the source and look for broken connections or misaligned blocks.

Verify Fluid Requirements

Some deepslate generators require water or lava input. Check the generator block's tooltip by hovering over it in your inventory. If fluids are needed, ensure pipes are connected and flowing. Use a fluid pipe wrench to verify flow direction.

Clear Output Blockages

If your generator is spinning but producing nothing, your output may be blocked. Check that storage containers aren't full and that item pipes aren't jammed. Remove any items sitting on top of the generator that might prevent block ejection.

Reload and Reset

If issues persist, try breaking and replacing the generator block. Sometimes data pack changes require a world reload—use /reload to refresh all active generators without restarting your world.
