Build a Chain Conveyor System on a Moving Airship

Understand Contraption Compatibility

The Create Chain Conveyors Compat mod works with moving physics contraptions, including airships built with Create Aeronautics. Chain conveyors will function normally even while the contraption is in motion.

Assemble Your Airship Frame

Build your airship structure using Create's mechanical blocks and Aeronautics components. Position your chain conveyor blocks where you want to transport items—between cargo holds, processing stations, or storage areas.

Connect Conveyors with Chain Items

Hold your configured chain item and right-click between conveyor blocks to establish connections. The chains will move with your airship and continue transporting items as the vessel flies.

Test in Flight

Once your airship is moving, verify that items flow smoothly through the chain conveyors. The system maintains standard Create conveyor mechanics during flight, so your logistics network remains stable even at altitude.
