Craft Your First Enchanted Golden Apple

Gather Your Materials

You'll need 8 gold blocks and 1 apple. Gold blocks are crafted from 9 gold ingots each, so plan to mine or smelt roughly 72 gold ingots total. Apples can be obtained by breaking oak leaves or trading with villagers.

Set Up the Crafting Grid

Open your crafting table. Place the apple in the center square. Arrange the 8 gold blocks around it in all surrounding squares—top row, middle sides, and bottom row. Leave no gaps.

Complete the Recipe

Once arranged correctly, the Enchanted Golden Apple will appear in the output slot. Drag it into your inventory. The apple is now ready to use for healing, status effects, or trading.

Tips

If the recipe doesn't work, double-check that you're using gold *blocks*, not gold ingots. Each position matters—the apple must be centered with gold blocks filling all 8 surrounding spaces.
