Craft Your First Enchanted Golden Apple

Gather the Materials

To craft an enchanted golden apple using this mod, you'll need to collect gold blocks and an apple. Gold blocks form the outer ring of the crafting grid, while a regular apple sits in the center. Make sure you have enough gold—the recipe requires a significant amount, so mining gold ore or smelting raw gold into blocks beforehand is recommended.

Use the Crafting Table

Open your crafting table and arrange the materials in the classic 1.8 pattern: place gold blocks around all eight outer slots of the 3×3 grid, then put your apple in the very center. This recreates the original recipe that was removed in later vanilla versions.

Collect Your Apple

Once arranged correctly, the enchanted golden apple will appear in the output slot. Drag it into your inventory. You now have a powerful consumable ready for emergencies.

Use It Wisely
