Mix Copper and Traditional Beacon Materials

Building Hybrid Pyramids

You aren't limited to pure copper—the mod allows you to combine copper blocks with iron, gold, diamond, and netherite blocks in the same pyramid. This is useful for aesthetic variety or when you're running low on one material.

Construction Tips

Mix blocks freely across all layers. A pyramid might use copper for the bottom layer, iron for the middle, and gold on top. The beacon functions normally regardless of material combination. This flexibility lets you create visually interesting designs while using whatever resources you have available.

Fuel Compatibility

Hybrid pyramids still accept copper ingots as fuel, but you can also use iron, gold, diamond, or netherite ingots interchangeably. This means you can power a mixed-material beacon with whatever ingot type you have in abundance.

Design Ideas

Consider alternating copper and oxidized copper blocks for a striped effect, or create patterns by mixing copper with contrasting materials. Since all solid copper variants work, you can layer different oxidation states for unique visual results while maintaining full beacon functionality.
