Using Coordinates for Navigation

Once you have coordinates displayed, you can use them to travel to specific locations in your world.

Steps to Navigate

1. Identify your target coordinates from a map, screenshot, or friend's information

2. Open your inventory and note your current X, Y, and Z values from the overlay

3. Calculate the difference between your current position and your destination

4. Travel in the appropriate direction:

• If target X is higher, move east; if lower, move west
• If target Z is higher, move south; if lower, move north
• Adjust your Y value by climbing or descending

5. Watch the overlay continuously as you move—your numbers will update in real-time

6. Fine-tune your position as you approach your destination

Tips for Efficient Navigation

Use the coordinate display alongside a compass or map for faster travel. On multiplayer servers, share coordinates with teammates to meet up or coordinate base locations. For long-distance travel, consider using boats, minecarts, or flying mounts while monitoring your coordinates to stay on course.
