Display Your Coordinates On Screen

Enable the Coordinate Overlay

The coordinate overlay is the core feature of this mod. Once installed, the overlay should appear automatically in your game world, typically in a corner of your screen.

Locating Your Coordinates

Look for a small text display showing three numbers, usually formatted as X, Y, and Z values. These represent your position in the world:

  • X: Your east-west position (positive = east, negative = west)
  • Y: Your vertical position (height above bedrock)
  • Z: Your north-south position (positive = south, negative = north)

The overlay updates in real-time as you move, allowing you to track your exact location without opening the F3 debug screen. This is especially useful when navigating back to bases, marking important locations, or coordinating with other players on multiplayer servers.

Why Use This Instead of F3

Unlike the F3 screen, which displays extensive technical information and takes up significant screen space, the coordinate overlay provides only essential position data in a compact, unobtrusive format. This keeps your view clear while maintaining full awareness of your location.
