Set Up a Radial Menu for Quick Item Access

Create Your First Radial Wheel

Radial menus let you access items, blocks, or commands by holding a button and selecting from a circular menu. This is essential for modpacks where you need quick access to tools without opening your inventory.

1. Open the Control Flex controller settings menu

2. Navigate to Radial Menus section

3. Select an unused wheel slot (you have up to five wheels available)

4. Assign a controller button to activate this wheel

5. Add up to eight items or commands to the wheel slots by selecting each position

6. Test by holding the assigned button in-game—a circle should appear with your selections

Tips for Organization

Arrange frequently-used items in the top and right slots, as these are easiest to reach quickly. Use separate wheels for different categories: one for building blocks, one for tools, one for consumables. You can assign the same wheel to multiple buttons if needed, or use different wheels for your main layer versus shift layers.
