How to Enable Music in Different Biomes

Understanding Biome-Specific Tracks

Confluence Music Mod automatically plays different background music as you travel across distinct biomes and regions in Confluence: Otherworld. Each area has its own custom soundtrack to match the environment's atmosphere.

How It Works

The mod detects your current location and transitions the music accordingly. You don't need to manually switch tracks—the system handles this seamlessly as you move between biomes.

To experience all biome music:

1. Travel to different regions in your world (forests, mountains, sky islands, dark areas, etc.)

2. Listen as the background music changes to match each environment

3. The transition happens automatically without interruption

Troubleshooting Music Changes

If music isn't changing when you move:

  • Check that your game volume and music volume sliders are not muted in Settings
  • Ensure the mod is properly loaded in your mod list
  • Try moving further into a new biome—transitions happen at biome boundaries
  • Verify no other audio mods are conflicting with the music system

The mod includes 23 original tracks distributed across all major biomes, so you should hear variety as you explore.
