Access Config Screens for Your Mods

Finding the Config Screen

Once Config API Mod is installed, any mod that uses this system will automatically have a configuration screen available. You don't need to manually enable anything—the integration is automatic.

How to Open a Mod's Config

1. From the main menu, look for a Mods button (usually in the bottom-left corner)

2. Find the mod you want to configure in the list

3. Select it and look for a Config button that appears alongside other mod options

4. Click Config to open that mod's settings screen

Alternatively, some modpacks add a dedicated config button to the main menu itself, depending on how they're set up.

What You'll See

The config screen displays all available settings for that mod in an organized, user-friendly interface. Settings are typically grouped by category, making it easy to find what you need. Changes are usually applied immediately or after clicking a save button, depending on the mod's implementation.

Not all mods use Config API Mod—only those that have integrated with this system will show a config screen. If a mod doesn't appear to have settings, it may use a different configuration method.
