Use Compass Coordinates for Navigation and Base Marking

Recording Coordinates

The compass ribbon displays your coordinates in real-time, making it easy to mark important locations for later navigation.

Marking Locations

1. Navigate to a location you want to remember (your base, a village, a resource deposit, etc.)

2. Read the X, Y, and Z coordinates from the compass ribbon HUD

3. Write down or screenshot these coordinates

4. Store them in a notepad, spreadsheet, or in-game sign for future reference

Returning to Marked Locations

1. Open your coordinates list

2. Use a navigation tool (like a map mod or manual pathfinding) to reach those coordinates

3. Watch the compass ribbon as you travel to confirm you're moving in the right direction

4. Use the coordinates to fine-tune your final approach

Tips for Efficient Navigation

• Mark coordinates for multiple bases, farms, and resource areas
• Note the Y-coordinate to remember elevation for underground structures
• Share coordinates with teammates for group navigation
