Create Multiple Commands for Different Situations
Plan Your Hotkeys
Before setting up multiple commands, decide what you'll use them for. Common examples include:
- Frequently used commands (e.g.,
/home,/spawn,/tpa) - Repeated chat messages (e.g., greetings, status updates)
- Server-specific commands (e.g.,
/claim,/shop) - Quick toggles (e.g.,
/gamemode creative)
Add Each Command Separately
Open Mod Menu and return to Command Keys Mod config. For each command or message you want, add a new entry with its own hotkey. The mod allows you to create as many entries as you need.
Use Non-Conflicting Keys
Make sure each hotkey is unique and doesn't conflict with:
- Minecraft's default keybinds (movement, inventory, etc.)
- Other mods' hotkeys
- Keys you use frequently during gameplay
Organize Logically
Consider grouping related commands near each other on your keyboard (e.g., all teleport commands on the numpad) to make them easier to remember and access quickly.
