How to Enable and Switch Between Colourful Containers Dark Mode GUIs

This pack is a resource pack, so it does not add new blocks or menus — it reskins the interfaces you already open. Getting it active is the first step before any of the themed screens appear.

Activating the pack

1. Open Options, then Resource Packs.

2. Find Colourful Containers Dark Mode in the Available column and move it to Selected.

3. Make sure it sits above any other GUI or container pack in the list, since the top pack wins for overlapping textures.

4. Click Done. The game reloads textures, and container screens immediately use the new dark themed look.

Confirming it is working

Open a crafting table, furnace, chest, or similar block. The window should now have a dark background with colours drawn from that block's own palette instead of the vanilla grey. If a screen still looks vanilla, another pack is likely overriding it — drag Colourful Containers Dark Mode higher and reload.

Switching back temporarily

You do not need to delete the pack. Just move it out of Selected in the Resource Packs screen to return to vanilla GUIs, then move it back whenever you want the themed look again.
