Preview How Biomes Look Under Different Color Palettes

Visit Diverse Biomes

Travel to several different environments: snowy mountains, forests, oceans, grasslands, and villages. Each biome responds differently to color mode changes because they have distinct base colors.

Set a Slow Cycle Timer

Increase the shader's cycle speed so you can observe each mode for several minutes without rushing. This gives you time to appreciate how mountains, trees, water, and structures appear under each palette.

Observe Key Features in Each Mode

Pay attention to how water, sky, vegetation, and buildings transform. In blue-green blend modes, oceans and forests become visually similar. In warm-cool modes, sunsets and sunrises take on exaggerated tones. Red-green swaps completely alter how certain blocks read.

Take Screenshots for Comparison

Capture the same location under different modes. This helps you decide which palette best suits your playstyle or aesthetic preferences. Snowy villages and lush forests are particularly striking under various color schemes.

Lock In Your Favorite

Once you've explored several biomes and modes, select the palette that makes your world most enjoyable to navigate and build in.
