Adjust the Color Cycle Speed
Access Shader Settings
Open your shader options menu while in-game. This is typically found in Video Settings > Shaders > Shader Options, though the exact path depends on your shader loader.
Find the Timer Control
Look for a setting related to cycle speed, transition time, or timer duration. This controls how quickly the shader moves between color modes. Increasing this value slows down color changes, giving you longer to experience each palette before it shifts. Decreasing it makes transitions happen more frequently.
Test Your Changes
Apply the setting and observe the world around you. Watch how long it takes for colors to noticeably shift—trees, water, and sky are good reference points. If the changes feel too jarring, increase the cycle time. If you want more variety, decrease it.
Fine-Tune for Comfort
Adjust incrementally rather than making large jumps. Some players prefer slower cycles for a more stable visual experience, while others enjoy rapid color swaps for dynamic gameplay. Your preference may depend on session length and whether you're building or exploring.
