Customize Boss Spawns and Difficulty on Your Server

Access the Configuration File

Server owners can fine-tune which Ultra Beasts spawn and how challenging they are by editing the mod's configuration.

Locate and open:

• Find config/ultra_wormholes.json in your server directory
• Edit it with any text editor (Notepad, VS Code, etc.)
• Save changes and use /wormhole reload to apply them without restarting

Adjust Key Settings

The configuration file lets you control:

• Boss roster: Change which Ultra Beasts can spawn from wormholes
• Boss stats: Modify level, size, and health multiplier to increase or decrease difficulty
• Event timing: Set minimum and maximum intervals between wormhole spawns
• Rewards: Customize what items players receive for participation
• Shiny chances: Adjust the probability of encountering shiny bosses
• Portal duration: Change how long the wormhole stays open after the fight

After editing, run /wormhole reload in-game to activate your changes immediately. This is useful for balancing difficulty across multiple boss encounters.
