Save Your Current Inventory as a Kit

Using the Save Command

To preserve your current inventory for later use, use the save command. This captures everything in your inventory slots, hotbar, and off-hand at that moment.

Steps:

1. Arrange your inventory exactly as you want it saved

2. Open chat and type /kit save <kitname> (replace <kitname> with your chosen name)

3. Confirm the command — your kit is now stored

Naming Tips

Use clear, descriptive names like mining_gear, pvp_loadout, or building_supplies. Avoid spaces; use underscores instead. Kit names are case-sensitive, so MyKit and mykit are different files.

Your kit is automatically saved to .minecraft/config/ClientKits as a file. You can now load this kit anytime you're in Creative mode, or share the file with other players by sending them the kit file directly.
