Customize Which Overlays to Keep and Remove

Open the Full Settings Menu

Access Clearviews Mod configuration. You should see a comprehensive list of all available screen overlays that the mod can control.

Review All Available Overlays

Common overlays include nausea, pumpkin blur, darkness, blindness, and fire overlay. Each one can typically be toggled independently.

Create Your Custom Setup

Decide which overlays are annoying to you and which you want to keep. For example, you might disable nausea and pumpkin blur but keep the fire overlay for immersion. Check or uncheck each overlay according to your preference.

Save Your Configuration

Confirm your settings. Your choices are saved and will persist across game sessions.

Fine-Tune as Needed

Return to your world and test different scenarios. If you find you miss a particular overlay or want to remove another, simply return to settings and adjust. There's no penalty for experimenting—you can always re-enable overlays if you change your mind.
