How to Make Glass and Stained Glass Fully Clear with Connected Textures
What the pack actually changes
This resource pack replaces the default glass textures with fully transparent ones and enables connected textures, so touching glass blocks and panes visually merge into one continuous sheet instead of showing a grid of frames. Every stained glass color is covered, so you can build a colored window and it will read as a single tinted surface.
Steps to apply it
1. Make sure the pack is enabled in your resource pack list and sits above any other pack that also edits glass textures, otherwise the other pack wins and you will still see frames.
2. Place a test row of glass blocks in a flat area and look at it from a few angles. Adjacent blocks should blend with no visible seams.
3. Repeat with stained glass: place two or more of the same color side by side. Same-color neighbors merge; different colors stay visually distinct at the boundary.
4. If you still see borders, check for a second glass-editing pack, or confirm the pack is actually loaded rather than just downloaded.
Getting the look you want
Because the glass is clear, whatever is behind it is fully visible. Use this for aquariums, greenhouse roofs, and windows where you want an unobstructed view. For colored builds, stained glass now behaves like tinted film — light and sight pass through while the color reads cleanly across the whole pane.
