One of the main frustrations with vanilla glass is that the center texture pattern obscures your view of the outside world. Clear-Glass solves this by rendering glass as truly transparent, so you can see landscapes, mobs, and weather clearly from inside your base.

Setup for Better Views

1. Replace existing glass – Break and replace any vanilla glass blocks or panes in your base with fresh ones. The mod applies to all glass automatically.

2. Position viewing areas – Build large glass walls or windows facing scenic areas, your farm, or your base perimeter.

3. Test different times – Look through your windows at day and night. Clear glass shows exterior lighting and mob movement without the default pixel interference.

Lighting Considerations

Interior torches and exterior sunlight both transmit clearly through clear glass. This makes it easier to spot mobs approaching at night or to enjoy landscape views during the day. The transparency works consistently regardless of lighting conditions.
