How to Raid a Hostile Human Base Safely

Scout Before Engaging

Approach hostile structures from behind or from angles where guards cannot see you directly. The line of sight detection system means enemies only aggro when looking straight at you. Use terrain, trees, and buildings to break visual contact. Crouch-walk to reduce detection range and plan your entry point carefully.

Prepare Your Loadout

Bring healing potions—hostile humans drink them during combat, so expect prolonged fights. Pack a bow or ranged weapon to damage enemies from distance before closing in. Wear armor appropriate to the tier of humans you expect (Tier 1 bases have weaker gear; Tier 2 bases guarded by sword banners have enchanted weapons). Bring a shield if possible, as humans perform critical hits.

Execute the Raid

Enter from an unexpected angle to avoid triggering multiple guards at once. Eliminate enemies methodically, using cover. Watch for humans climbing ladders or opening iron doors—they will pursue you indoors. Loot weapons, armor, and base chests once the area is clear. If overwhelmed, retreat far enough to break line of sight and heal.
