Creating a Custom Minimap Layout for Your Base

Positioning the Minimap

The minimap can be repositioned and resized to suit your playstyle.

1. Locate the minimap on your screen (default position varies)

2. Access the mod's customization menu

3. Adjust the minimap position using the available options (corners, edges, or custom coordinates)

4. Resize the minimap by modifying its size settings to show more or less detail

Optimizing for Your Base

1. Position the minimap where it doesn't obstruct important HUD elements (health, hotbar, chat)

2. Make it large enough to see chunk boundaries and loaded areas clearly

3. Toggle between different rendering modes (chunk status, tickets, generation stages) to find the most useful view for your current task

4. Save your preferred layout so it persists across sessions

A well-positioned minimap helps you quickly identify chunk-loading issues around your base without opening the full map.
