Troubleshoot Missing or Incorrect Day Counter

Counter Not Appearing

If you don't see the day counter above your hotbar:

• Verify the datapack file is in world/datapacks/ (not in a subfolder)
• Reload your world completely (exit to menu and re-enter)
• Check that your Minecraft version is compatible with the pack
• Try toggling your HUD visibility (F1 key hides/shows all overlays)

Counter Shows Wrong Day

If the number seems incorrect:

• The counter reflects your world's actual day based on playtime—it's not editable through the pack
• If you've used commands to change the time, the counter will reflect the current world day
• The display updates once per in-game day, so changes appear the next day cycle

If problems persist, try removing and reinstalling the datapack file, ensuring no corrupted files are present.
