Finding Crypts

Resin crypts generate underground in various biomes. They're typically found at lower Y-levels, so mine downward or explore existing cave systems. Look for distinctive dark corridors and stone structures that contrast with natural cave formations.

What to Expect Inside

Crypts feature:

• Dark, maze-like corridors
• Hidden rooms containing chests and loot
• Hostile mobs that spawn in the darkness
• Standard game blocks (stone, wood, etc.) forming the structure

Preparation and Safety

Bring adequate lighting—torches, lanterns, or other light sources are essential. Crypts are dangerous; pack armor, weapons, and healing items. Bring a pickaxe to mine through blocked passages if needed.

Loot Strategy

Explore systematically, lighting corridors as you go. Mark your path back to the entrance with torches or blocks. Hidden rooms often contain the best loot, so search thoroughly for side passages and dead ends that might conceal treasure.
