Stop Highlighting Specific Words

Removing Words from the List

Open ModMenu and go to Chat Highlighter Mod settings. Find the word list section displaying all currently highlighted words.

Deleting Unwanted Words

Locate the word you no longer want highlighted. Most configurations show a delete button (often an X or trash icon) next to each word. Click it to remove that word from your list.

Confirming the Change

Save your configuration. The word will no longer be highlighted in chat, though it may still appear as normal text.

Managing Your List Over Time

Regularly review your highlight list to keep it relevant. Remove:

• Words from completed events or temporary situations
• Names of players who've left the server
• Keywords that no longer matter to your gameplay

Keeping your list focused helps you spot truly important messages without visual clutter from outdated highlights.
