Change Highlight Color and Sound Anytime

Access Settings During Gameplay

You don't need to restart the game to adjust your alerts. Press U (Fabric) or navigate to Mods → Config (Forge) at any time.

Update the Highlight Color

1. Open settings

2. Find the Highlight Color option

3. Click the color preview box

4. Select a new color from the palette

5. Click Apply or Confirm

Your chat will immediately show tracked words in the new color.

Change the Sound Alert

1. Locate the Sound dropdown menu

2. Browse available sound effects

3. Click the Play or Preview button to hear each option

4. Select your preferred sound

5. Click Save

Instant Feedback

Changes take effect immediately without reloading your world or disconnecting from the server. Test your new settings by having someone mention a tracked word in chat.
