How to Convert Dirt to Mud

Fill a cauldron with water, then throw any dirt block variant into it. The cauldron will automatically convert the dirt into mud blocks. Once the conversion completes—which happens nearly instantly—simply pick up the mud blocks from the cauldron.

This works with all dirt block variants, making it a quick and efficient way to obtain mud in bulk. No crafting recipes or special tools are required; the cauldron handles the conversion process automatically when dirt meets water.
