Ensure Compatibility with Other Resource Packs

Understanding Pack Conflicts

The Catppuccin UI Resource Pack modifies interface textures and colors. When combined with other packs, conflicts can occur if both packs edit the same UI elements—resulting in overlapping or missing visuals.

Layering Packs Correctly

1. Open your resource packs folder

2. Arrange pack load order in Minecraft's resource pack menu (drag packs up or down)

3. Place Catppuccin UI above packs that modify world textures (blocks, items)

4. Place Catppuccin UI below packs that also modify UI elements (prioritize whichever UI pack you prefer)

5. Reload packs and check menus, inventory, and chat for visual consistency

Testing Compatibility

  • Open your inventory, pause menu, and chat to verify all elements display correctly
  • Check for missing textures (bright magenta/black checkerboard patterns)
  • If conflicts appear, try reordering packs or disabling conflicting packs temporarily
  • Some packs are designed to work together—check documentation for recommended combinations

Most cosmetic packs coexist well with Catppuccin UI since it focuses on interface styling rather than world content.
