Discover all unique cat dances for different music discs

Understanding disc-specific choreography

Each music disc in the base game has its own custom dance routine. Cats won't just bob their heads randomly — they perform specific movements tailored to the song's rhythm and mood. The only way to see them all is to collect discs and play them one by one.

Testing base game discs

Gather music discs from the base game (found in dungeons, desert temples, jungle temples, or crafted). Place a jukebox near tamed cats and insert each disc. Watch how the cats respond differently — some dances are subtle, others are more energetic.

Checking modded disc dances

If you have mods like Quark, Supplementaries, or Alex's Mobs installed, their custom music discs will also have unique cat dances. Insert these discs to see the special choreography created for them.

Custom mod music fallback

If you play music from other mods without custom cat dances, cats will perform a universal, beat-aware dance instead. This ensures cats always react to music, even from lesser-known mod additions.
