Fix Colored Lighting Not Appearing Correctly

Verify Colored Lighting is Enabled

Open your shader settings menu and confirm that colored lighting is toggled on.

Check Your Shader Profile

Lower profiles (potato and low) may have reduced colored lighting intensity. Switch to a medium or high profile to see more vibrant color casting from light sources. If performance drops too much, try medium instead of high.

Ensure Light Sources Are Visible

Colored lighting only works when light sources are unobstructed and can cast light into the area. Torches, lava, glowstone, and other emissive blocks must have a clear line of sight to the blocks they're lighting. Underground caves with no light sources won't show colored lighting effects.

Reload the Shader

If colored lighting appears broken or inconsistent, reload the shader through your mod menu. This refreshes the rendering system and often fixes visual glitches. If the issue persists after reloading, try switching to a different profile and back to your preferred one.
