Adjust Shader Quality to Match Your PC Performance

Access Shader Settings

Open the Shader Options menu by pressing the designated key (usually found in your controls settings) while in-game, or access it through the main menu before loading a world.

Choose Your Quality Preset

Breeze Flow Shaders offers multiple quality tiers designed for different hardware levels:

  • Low: Best for older or weaker computers. Reduces shadow detail, lighting calculations, and visual effects while maintaining the core cinematic look.
  • Medium: Balanced option for mid-range PCs. Includes improved shadows and colored lighting without heavy performance cost.
  • High: For powerful gaming setups. Enables full visual fidelity including detailed shadows, enhanced light bloom, and maximum cinematic effects.

Fine-Tune Individual Settings

Beyond presets, you can manually adjust:

  • Shadow distance and quality
  • Light bloom intensity
  • Ambient occlusion strength
  • Reflection detail

Start with a preset, then tweak individual sliders if you want to squeeze more performance or visual quality. Monitor your frame rate while adjusting—aim for stable FPS during normal gameplay and in complex lighting scenarios.

Save and Test

Apply your changes and play for several minutes in different lighting conditions (caves, surface at sunset, indoors with torches) to confirm performance is satisfactory before finalizing.
