Understanding Structure Boxes

Structure boxes are items that let you capture and place Goety structures anywhere in your world. They function as portable building templates, allowing you to recreate the mod's buildings in custom locations.

Capturing a Structure

1. Locate a complete Goety structure in your world

2. Use the structure box item on the building (mechanics vary—check your mod version)

3. The structure data is saved to the box

4. The box now contains that building's layout and blocks

Placing Structures

1. Select the structure box in your inventory

2. Navigate to your desired placement location

3. Activate the box (right-click or as configured)

4. The structure generates at that spot

5. Clear the area of obstacles beforehand for smooth placement

Tips

• Structure boxes preserve the original building's layout, mobs, and loot chests
• Place structures away from your base if you want to avoid unwanted enemy spawns
• Use boxes to create themed areas or recreate favorite structures
• Multiple boxes can store different structures for flexible building options
• Some structures are large—ensure adequate space before placement
