How to Enable True Borderless Window Mode with Borderless Mining
Switching to Borderless
Borderless Mining replaces the vanilla fullscreen toggle with a real borderless window, so your game fills the screen without the input lag that comes from other borderless solutions. To turn it on, open Options from the main menu or pause screen, then go to Video Settings. Look for the Fullscreen option and cycle it until it reads the borderless mode rather than the standard exclusive fullscreen. The change applies immediately, so you do not need to restart the game.
What to Expect
Once enabled, the window behaves like a normal desktop window that happens to cover your whole monitor. Alt-tabbing is instant, and you can move your mouse to a second monitor without the game minimizing or freezing. Because the mod avoids the usual frame-drop and delay problems, your framerate should stay close to what you get in exclusive fullscreen. If you ever want to go back, just cycle the Fullscreen option again to return to windowed or standard fullscreen. Note that the mod also trims the extra window-size choices from the menu, so the list stays short and easy to read.
