Book Won't Copy

Make sure you're holding a written book, not a blank book and quill. The mod can only copy books that have been written and signed. If the command doesn't respond, check that you've typed /bookcopy copy exactly.

Paste Creates a Blank Book

This usually means no book contents are currently stored in memory. Go back to your original world and run /bookcopy copy again on your source book. Return to the destination world and try pasting with a fresh blank book and quill in hand.

Formatting or Text Appears Wrong

Some special characters or complex formatting might not transfer perfectly depending on your Minecraft version. Try copying the book again and ensure both worlds are running compatible mod versions.

Can't Find Saved Books

If you used /bookcopy save, the contents are stored in the mod's data files, not in your inventory. Use the appropriate paste command to retrieve them into a blank book.
