How to Move and Style the BoccHUD Overlay So It Stops Blocking Your View
Repositioning the Overlay
The overlay defaults to one corner, but that corner may collide with your hotbar, chat, or another mod's HUD. Open the BoccHUD config screen and find the alignment or position setting. Cycle through the available corners (top-left, top-right, bottom-left, bottom-right) and pick one that stays clear of your other interface elements. The change applies instantly, so you can watch the overlay jump as you select each option.
Improving Readability
If the text is hard to read against snow, sky, or bright builds, adjust the appearance settings in the same screen:
- Background — enable the translucent panel so text has contrast behind it.
- Text color — pick a color that stands out against your typical surroundings; white with a dark background works almost everywhere.
- Font size / scale — shrink it if the overlay covers too much, enlarge it if you play on a high-resolution display and cannot read the default size.
Make one change at a time and check the result in-world. If the overlay still overlaps something, combine a different corner with a smaller scale rather than disabling data you need.
